Tatu City, Kenya,– Earlier this June, the construction of Kenya’s largest ultra modern contact center which will employ thousands of young Kenyans had officially kicked off at Tatu City. Executives from CCI Global, CCI Kenya, GREA and Tatu City/ Rendeavour joined the sod-turning ceremony of Eneo at Tatu Central, the new home for CCI Global in Kenya. The Grade A office building is custom-designed for CCI, with large floor plates for flexible call center operations, rapid lifts for seamless shift changes, ample natural light and employee welfare at its core. The facility will include training and recruitment divisions to support and welcome new employees. Upon completion, the 4000-seat facility, operated by CCI Global and developed by Gateway Real Estate Africa, will open its doors to provide business process outsourcing that supports the whole customer lifecycle in both traditional voice interactions as well as digital.
The five floor and two level underground parking facility will anchor Tatu Central, the business district of Tatu City and support CCI’s expansion amid unprecedented demand for the company’s young, highly skilled workforce in Kenya, which has swelled to over 2,000 agents in the last 12 months. The facility at Tatu City, scheduled for completion in Q4 2023, will double the firm’s capacity to more than 4,000 seats in a single location.
