As the customer support requirements for one of CCI’s Major US E-commerce clients grew CCI were able to quickly and effectively ramp an additional 119 agents at our new Ethiopian Operational Centre in Addis Ababa to support the demand for English speaking, empathetic and solution-oriented customer support agents. Ethiopia is a prime location for Contact Centre Operations with untapped potential and as CCI continues to quickly expand our business in the country to support existing US clients operations in South Africa & Kenya; the success and impressive results. of this launch bolsters confidence that Ethiopia is indeed a market to be reckoned with – having a young, enthusiastic and educated talent pool that can support complex Contact Centre requirements.
