CCI Welcomes Aboard A 3rd Major US Airline Client

Our growth and expansion into the US Market continues as we gain a new partnership providing customer service and sales support for a major US International Carrier. With an initial 150 FTE and plans to ramp up in the future, CCI has been serving the airline industry since 2019 providing value add service excellence to over 200 million airline customers around the world. Our industry expertise and ability to handle the complexities of serving a global customer base with 24×7 operations and stringent quality assurance has given new clients the confidence to continue to partner with us and our growth exemplifies that.
