Africa’s BPO Sector is on a rapid growth trajectory, set to more than double its workforce by 2030 with projections of creating 1.5 million new jobs. Fueled by cost advantages – up to 80% lower than Western markets – and supportive government policies, Africa attracts global demand for outsourced customer service. 

Martin Roe, CEO of CCI Global, recently highlighted key findings from The Everest Group’s report on Africa’s burgeoning outsourcing industry. He emphasized Africa’s access to a motivated talent pool, the crucial importance of customer connection, Kenya’s rising prominence in the BPO sector, and the growing confidence among investors.
